den55 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Our Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "den55", "we", "us", "our" refers to the den55 platform and the entity operating den55.net and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on den55 or accesses any service provided by den55.
• "Platform" refers to the den55 website accessible at den55.net, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related digital services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the den55 platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, casino, promotional, and support services offered by den55 through the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using any of the supported payment methods and held in the Player's den55 account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any game or event available on the den55 platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency supported on the den55 platform for Pakistani players.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by den55 prior to processing certain withdrawals or account actions.

Access to den55 and participation in any real-money gaming activity is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using den55 services is lawful in their jurisdiction. den55 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations.

To access real-money gaming on den55, a Player must complete registration and create a single, verified account. The following conditions apply to all den55 accounts:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one den55 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balances.
• All registration information provided must be accurate, truthful, and current. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, false name, or fraudulent identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. den55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their login details.

• den55 reserves the right to require KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID such as a CNIC, passport, or driver's licence — before processing withdrawals or lifting account restrictions.
• Account registration is free of charge. den55 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a Player account.

den55 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and any transferred funds will be returned.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in a Player's account balance.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.
• Players may only withdraw to a payment method from which they have previously deposited. den55 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method as part of standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
• den55 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside den55's control and are the Player's responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a KYC review. Players who have not yet completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• den55 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that it suspects to be fraudulent, associated with bonus abuse, or in violation of applicable AML regulations.

All bets and wagers placed on den55 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as well as the following general conditions:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the den55 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• den55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault.

• den55 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any Player who it determines to be engaging in systematic or professional betting in a manner that is inconsistent with the spirit of recreational gaming.
• Live casino games, including baccarat, roulette, and Dragon Tiger, are governed by the rules displayed within each live game stream. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, den55's server records shall be the definitive reference for the outcome.
• Random number generation (RNG) for all non-live games on den55 is independently certified. Players acknowledge that gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are not influenced by den55 or any third party.

den55 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonus offers are available only to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, passed KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Player, per household, and per device. den55 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus where it determines that a Player has attempted to claim the same offer multiple times.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted bonuses that expire will be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• den55 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited, the bonus amount will be deducted from the Player's account but any winnings already generated from the bonus will remain intact up to the applicable cap.
• Players who den55 determines to be exploiting promotional offers through systematic bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or hedging strategies — will have their bonus funds voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the den55 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the den55 platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical faults in the den55 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are void.
• Using the den55 platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Opening more than one account, or allowing another individual to operate an account on your behalf.
• Providing false identity information, including submitting fraudulent identity documents during KYC review.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with markets available on den55.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing den55 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the den55 platform — including but not limited to the den55 name, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of den55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the den55 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any den55 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any den55 software.
• Creating derivative works based on den55 content or branding.
• Using den55 branding, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of den55's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, den55 limits its liability to Players as follows:

• den55 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
• den55 is not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events outside its reasonable control.
• den55's total aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any and all claims shall not exceed the Player's Real Money Balance held on account at the time the claim arises.
• den55 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary service unavailability.

den55 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Players. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms:

• Age restriction: den55 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy. No individual under the age of 21 may create an account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on den55.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session limits: Players may set time-based session limits that automatically log them out of the platform after a specified period of gameplay.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account is fully locked and the Player cannot deposit, wager, or access their account.

• Cooling-off periods: Players who are not ready for a full self-exclusion may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or one week through the den55 support team.

den55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by den55.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances will be preserved for a further 24 months, after which remaining balances may be subject to administrative fees in accordance with applicable law.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, den55 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and any winnings generated through the use of Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance deposited by the Player (net of any amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the original payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

den55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all material amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the den55 platform.
• The updated Terms will specify the effective date from which the amendments apply. The effective date will be no less than 7 days from the date of notification for material changes.
• Continued use of the den55 platform after the stated effective date constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Players who do not accept the revised Terms have the right to close their account before the effective date and withdraw their Real Money Balance, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards and applicable law.

• Step 3 — Independent review: Where a dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, the Player may request referral to an independent third-party review body as specified by den55's licensing authority.

Players acknowledge that participation in gaming activities involves an inherent element of chance and agree that complaints relating solely to unfavourable game outcomes — where the game has operated correctly in accordance with its certified rules — will not be upheld.
